Latisha A. (Bright) Chastang is the creator of Bright Minds Consulting, specializing in Nonprofit Management and Leadership for large and small nonprofit organizations.

 

The vision came from her experience in the nonprofit sector and the need for staff, leadership and start up nonprofits to fully understand the business aspect of successfully managing an organization. Most importantly, she seeks to motivate nonprofit organizations to understand and embrace social entrepreneurship in order for organizations to be sustainable.​
